Photos Dakota Showcase Volume 4

Here is the last volume of the Dakota Showcase tournament.
#1 is Jessica Kielpinski of Prairie Shooters going up after a rebound. #2 is Natalie Gigler of MN Metro Stars Black going up for two against Prairie Shooters.



#3 -6 are sequence action. #3 Rachel Booth, MN Metro Stars Black, awaits a pass at the high post. #4 She turns and finds Gigler Cutting.



#5 Gigler catches the ball (an extremely blurry photo. don't adjust your computer). #6 Gigler turns and scores.


#7 is Kelsey Bolte of Iowa Select I scoring on an out of bounds play against SD Elite. #8 is Kelsey Cermak of Iowa Select I scoring from the outside.



#9 is Kelly Krei, Iowa Select I going in for a lay up. #10 is Cermak doing the same.


#11 is Jenny Miller of SD Elite firing from the right corner. Iowa Select was playing a trapping defense and Young delivered the ball to Miller.


#12 is Amber Hegge of Daubert Pinnacle Nebraksa goin up for two. #13 is Kelsey Woodard with
three from long range.



#14 is McKayla Knudson scoring down low for DPN. #15 has Woodard scoring on transition.



#16 is Kellie Nelson going up on the right block. #17 is SD Elite's Kristen Rotert getting fouled on a drive to the basket.


#18 is Rotert dialing long distance. #19 is Chandler Nielson of Sioux Falls. Every time there was a stoppage in play she would go out and shoot. She was there both days a total gym rat. She indicated she will be going to O'Gorman when she gets into high school. Right now the elementary grades are her home.



For those of you keeping score: North Tartan has advance to the sweet 16 level in the 16u AAU tournament. They beat the Cincy Nets 72-57. They will play tonight 7 vs the Fairfax Stars out of the PV district in AAU.
In Kearney at the Miss Basketball Tournament Iowa Select I lost to Missouri Rage 51-45 this morning. ECI Select West I lost to KC Keys 68-53. No word on Daubert Pinnacle Nebraska and SD Elite.
