Four straight MN turnovers to start the game tell me their minds weren't in Chicago.
12/19 scoring possessions for Chicago in quarter 1 to 6/19 tells it all. Slow out of the gate and having to play catchup ball the rest of the night. What really broke the Lynx back was the six straight scoring possessions (#4-9) in the second quarter--with the first three in that sequence all for 3s. It was a 15-6 run and the Lynx trailed by 19.
A lot of what I mentioned yesterday holds true still.
Vanessa Hayden has been ripping it up and deserves some credit for producing when everyone else is stagnant, but the odd fact is every time she is in double digits the Lynx lose. The Lynx are 3-4 when Hayden is over 100 pp100. The Lynx are 1-4 when Hayden is above .500 in floor %.

Next up: later in the day with the championship games at the University of Minnesota Team camp.
