15u AAU
The MN NC Heat wrapped up their AAU experience with a 65-52 over SE/TN Tennessee Pride. Cincinnati's Finest justed edged the Philadelphia Belles 53-51 in the championships. NC Heat lost to the Belles in the semis. more at the 15u site.

14u AAU
Bracket play begins today. Michigan Shock finished first in pool I with a 5-0 record. Michigan Mid State Wizards finisihed 3rd in pool c. The MN Metro Stars finished 3rd in pool J at 2-3. North Tartan was 6th in pool L with a 1-4 mark.
Today the MN Metro Stars face the Fairfax Stars. The Michigan Shock have a bye, but play later in the day. North Tartan sees the South Georgia 76ers. Mid State Wizards face Baltimore Cougars. More at the 14u site.

As reported yesterday Eric Schmidt has left Crookston for the University of North Dakota football staff. Schmidt was also the football coach at Crookston. Here is the reaction from the Crookston side to the news from the Crookston Times.

Next up: I will retro fit the All Star game 1-20 from the MN Elite camp last night. Some of it is up already, even the Maroon side now. After that I will get the Lynx action with Charlotte last night.
