VERBALS
Tierra Rogers of San Francisco Sacred Heart, the #1 team in USA Today last year, has verballed California. From USA Today.
Taylor Whitley of Geneva, IL has verballed Indiana State. The guard averaged 18 ppg last season. From the Terre Haute News.
Whitley is the third Illinois player from the 2009 class to verbal and the 3rd headed to a D1 program.

D1 RECLASSIFICATION
South Dakota State is looking to increase staff and improve facilities across the range of their athletic programs.
