OLSON VERBALS
Nelia Olson, IKM, IA has made a verbal to Northern Iowa. The 6-2 forward averaged 18 ppg on the 1A state champions. Olson is the 8th 2007 player from Iowa to Verbal. She will join Erin Brocka, Jacqui Kalin, and Rache Madrigal at Northern Iowa. From the Harlan Tribune.

MICHIGAN HS ACTION
#1A Detroit King had to scramble to beat Detroit Renaissance 55-53 in the PSL championship. Janay Dockery scored on a drive to give King the lead with less than 30 seconds to go. From the Detroit Free Press and Detroit News.
