The tournaments are winding down. Today four championship games are on tap in MN at the Target Center in Minneapolis
A
Fulda vs GHEC at noon. I had Fulda right, but I had Meadow Creek winning in the final. They never survived my Kiss of Death on Thursday. So I guess by default Fulda gets the Kiss of Death now. It should be a tight game. Spread for you Las Vegas types Fulda by three.
AA
Crookston vs Cannon Falls at 2 pm. Well my kiss of death was fatal on Wednesday with Both Winona Cotter and Albany going down. Since in my do over I called for Cannon Falls to make it and EVW you can see Cannon Falls has the Kiss of Death. Cory Montgomery will have to carry her team against the youngsters from Crookston. Spread--Cannon Falls by one.
AAA
Marshall vs Benilde-St. Margaret's at 6 pm #1 vs #2. The right matchup if you believe the polls. Marshall however got my kiss of death to start the tournament, and they still have it. Spread Marshall by seven.
AAAA
Bloomington Kennedy vs Hopkins at 8 pm---#3 AP vs #1. This is what I called before the tournament started. Kennedy however had the kiss of death. This is the second year in a row that they faced each other in the finals. I don't see overtime this season. Spread Kennedy by four.

A CAUTIONARY TALE
I am throw in a boys game story for a couple of reasons. Once upon a time I coached the Ellsworth boys (1983-1987). That is not the reason for this story. The reason is comeback miracles do happen. I give you two sides of the story. I talked to someone that was at the game. Ellsworth was down big and fans were leaving the gym. Read the rest. It should give hope to those who are behind, and make those in the lead play with focus until the final horn.
