JUNIOR (16U)
NC Heat lost in bracket play to end their tournament run. It was close at half time with a score of 42-40, but in the end the NC Heat could not pull off the win in the round of 32 losing 88-72.

12u TOURNAMENT
Rochester has received praise for their hosting of the 12u national basketball tournament. From the Rochester Post Bulletin.

END OF THE TRAIL
North Tartan 14 won the whole American level girls basketball tournament yesterday. Shakila Boler, Bloomington Kennedy was named division MVP as well as the tournament MVP. NT won the championship by three points.
Also making the all tournament team:
Angela Christianson, Alexandria; Sari Noga, Parkers Prairie and Ameshia Kearney, Bloomington Kennedy.
