END OF THE TRAIL FINISH
IBCA Select I concluded a successful ride at the End of the Trail tournament in Oregon.

IBCA Select played well through the first five games, surprising two teams along the way. IBCA defeated the Boulder Rockies Red by 20. The Rockies have a 6'7" girl and the game was played in the main gym in front of 50+ D1 coaches. IBCA Select finished 2nd in the Platinum Division after losing to Cal Swish Black 1 in the championship. IBCA Select started that game down 20-2.They came back to get it to 6, but never could close from there. IBCA lost a nail biter in their consolation game yesterday.

Making the all tournament team: Katelin Oney, Cedar Rapids Washington; Kelly Krei, Iowa City; and Trisha Nesbitt, Ames.

IBCA Select fly out of Portland and head to Omaha. Then they head to Kearney for the Miss Basketball Showcase this weekend.
