I' m Back; Showtime Results

I am back!
I just spent the last three days in Medora, ND on a family vacation. Later in the week I will put up the buffalo that happened to walk by.

Anyway I am sorting out 38 emails. (thanks readers) So strap yourself in and get ready for information that has happened since Sunday.

I am going through the first emails I get and keeping with the theme.
NC HEAT IN SHOWTIME
NC Heat finished 4th in the sponsored division. After winning their pool on Saturday they advanced to the final four. They lost to eventual champ Exodus NYC 42-36 in the semis, then fell to Cal Sparks Gold 47-42 in the third place game.

vs Houston Cobras
It was a 2-point game with a couple of minutes left, NC Heat ahead, when the Houston Cobras started to foul. Thanks to clutch free-throws by Tayler Hill (4), Brianna Edwards (5) and Ephesia Holmes (2), the final score was 54 - 40.

NC Heat beat a tough team, Cincinnati's Finest - Black, national champions in the 15U tournament last year and one of the favorites in Atlanta in the finals of the bracket.

MN STARS BOROWICZ
MSB finished 3rd in the the Select final four in the Showtime tournament in Atlanta. They lost to eventual champs East Bay Explosion 15s 55-48, and then beat Wisconsin Fast Break Select 61-51 in the 3rd place game.
WFBS lost in the semis to Cy-Fair We All We Got 73-53.
