North Tartan 12s Undefeated

12U AAU NATIONALS
North Tartan is the last Minnesota team standing and they continued with their undefeated play with a 49-42 win over the Alabama Twisters. Today North Tartan will play a Memphis team that beat them twice in April.
Getting to the tournament was an ordeal for the Stockton Mustangs. They faced a potential forfeit.
The Mayo Civic Auditorium is being used for four courts.
Rochester is getting an estimated 1.5 million dollars from the tournament fans during their stay.

The Minnesota Thunder 12U team came to the end of the road Tuesday, losing to the Memphis Elite in AAU D-2 action in Apple Valley.

MORE TOURNAMENTS
The End of the Trail tournament in Oregon will start on Friday. North Tartan is in the Diamond division and opens with Strictly Hoops.
Also involved in the Platinum National division is IBCA Select I; in the Gold Division is IBCA Select II; in the Silver National division is the Minnesota Thunder.

In the America division Red bracket North Tartan 14s takes part. In the White Bracket is Total Package.

The Metro Stars 14U girls basketball team will be playing in "The Miss Basketball Big Show". Also joining them from Minnesota is ECI Minnesota and Southern Minne Magic. The Big Show will feature 32 teams from 11 states, spanning from Arizona to Arkansas to North Dakota. Check page 5 for teams involved. The Big Show is slated for July 5-8, 2007, at the U. of Nebraska-Kearney Health & Sports Center and the new Kearney Catholic Activities Center. This is the cousin to the Dakota Showcase in South Dakota.
