WHALEN TO LEAVE GOPHERS
Lindsey Whalen is leaving the Gophers and will be headed to Russia to play for UMMC Ekatrinburg according to Women's Hoop Blog and the Gopher site.

ROYSLAND BATTLE GOES TO KELLY
Minnesota defeated UM Crookston 86-47. Kelly Roysland can claim family bragging rights as her team, the Gophers, beat her dad, coach Mike's Crookston team. Kelly Roysland had 19 to lead both teams.
