SIGNINGS
Nicole Christianson has signed with MSU Mankato. Here is the Chetek Alert with the signing.
Talisha Barlow, Roseville as reported yesterday and Rebecca Kitzman, Verona WI signed with St. Cloud State.

TRANSFERS SHUT DOWN
If the MSHSL gets their way the transfer door will be slammed shut. That is the preliminary report that a committee recommends. The board of directors look at the issue next on Dec 7. Then it goes to regions throughout the state; the final step is the general assembly on Feb 12. From the StarTribune.

POLLS
Iowa has released their preseason polls. Des Moines Roosevelt, Norwalk, AGWSR, and Wapsie Valley are #1s from 4A to 1A. from the Omaha World-Herald

NORTHERN STATE CLASSICS
The Aberdeen American News has listed four events at Northern State to be held on Dec 9, 16, 28, and 29. There will be two games on the 9th starting at 1:30; 4 games starting at 11 am on the 16th including Jill Young and Mitchell Christian; 3 games on the 28th starting at 2:30 pm; and 3 on the 29th starting at noon. None of the games are tournament-like where one team moves on to face another. Scroll to read.
