Signings Galore

These players are new to the verbal/signing list
Liz Dunsworth, Rock Island Alleman, to Air Force
Shonda Long, Saginaw Buena Vista to Central Michigan
Lizzie Boeck, Milwaukee Lutheran to Northern Iowa

SIGNINGS
Breau Miller, St. James signed with MSU Mankato and the Mankato Free Press has a story on that. Yesterday I had the MSU Mankato press release.

The Quad City Times lists players headed to D1 schools. You will need to scroll to the end of the article to read about the two Rock Island Alleman signers: Amanda Clifton who is headed to Illinois State; and Liz Dunsworth who inked with the Air Force Academy. The third player in the coverage area Brenna Saline, Galesburg signed with Southern Illinois.

Kayla Tetschlag, Sheboygan North signed on the dotted line yesterday with UW Green Bay. Here is the story in the Sheboygan Press. The other UWGB recruit Julie Wojta, Mishicot may miss her senior year due to an athletic code violation, but Coach Borseth ran another check on her character and is standing by her. All the current freshmen at UWGB this year will be redshirted. That list includes Heather Golden, DePere, Celeste Hoewisch, Hortonville, Staci and Tressa Beckel, Waseca, MN and Morgan Faase, GB Notre Dame.

Central Michigan had four players sign yesterday, the only new name on the list is Shonda Long from Saginaw Buena Vista. Beth Brown, Grand Ledge has her own story in the Lansing State Journal.

Western Michigan had three players sign yesterday. The Kalamazoo Gazette talks about the trio.

South Dakota State's signees Macie Michelson, Kristin Rotert, and Jennifer Schuttloffel have a story in the Yankton Press & Dakotan, but you will need to scroll past the Men's basketball signees.

The two South Dakotans: Abby Plucker and Tessa Wilka have an article in the Yankton Press & Dakotan as they signed with North Dakota State.

The Sioux Falls Argus Leader has stories on signees from all over the area, from SDSU, Augustana, Wayne State, and NDSU.

The Iowa D1 schools have a rundown of their signees in the Des Moines Register. Drake, Iowa, Iowa State eached inked two players. Northern Iowa nabbed five. The only new name on the Northern Iowa list is Lizzie Boeck of Milwaukee Lutheran.

Bemidji State sigened Hallie Hoganson, Detroit Lakes yesterday.

MSU Moorhead added three to their fold with Jenny Oligmueller, Maggie Slawson and Jenny Theisen.

MICHIGAN HS ACTION
Becci Houdek, Canton ripped the twine for 12 points in the fourth quarter to propel Canton to a 40-33 win over Plymouth Salem for the Western Lakes Title. From the Detroit Free Press, and the Detroit News.
