Morgan Hamner is back for #1 4A DM Roosevelt and she helped the defending state champs to a 57-45 win over SE Polk.
CIML newcomer Waukee picked up their first conference win in the new setting with a 36-32 low scoring affair with Johnston.

North Central had 53 turnovers and still beat Mason City Newman 75-68.
St. Ansgar trumped Lake Mills 48-23.
