COACHING NEWS
Minneapolis Roosevelt should have a new coach by Monday. A pair of AAU Coaches recently interviewed for the position--Nicholas Storm of the MN Fury program and Kevin Carlisle of the Total Package program.

STATE AAU TOURNAMENT OPENS
Today the Minnesota AAU State Tournament gets underway at Cooper HS in New Hope. The action starts off at 6:30 pm with three games at the 16 level. That will be followed by three games at 7:45 pm at the 15s. There will be one game at 9 pm for the 14s and two more for the 16s. Their will be a track meet at Cooper tonight. Parking may be hard to come by.

Things heat up on Saturday with quarterfinals and semis for the 14s, and 15s. The 16s will finish the quarters on Saturday.

Finals for the 14s will be 11:30 am on Sunday; both 15s and 16s finals are scheduled for 3:15 pm on Sunday.
