Georgie Jones, St. Paul Central is being recruited by in alphabetical order: Drake, Iowa, Marquette, Minnesota, Purdue.

BOARD RESIGNATION
Frank Schindler, a board member at Lake Benton, resigned due to the controversy with the girls basketball coaching position. Check the last four paragraphs in the story in the Marshall Independent.

PACESETTER TOURNAMENT
There will be a Pacesetter Tournament in Grand Rapids tomorrow...Grand Rapids, Deer River, Staples Motley, Duluth Denfeld, Duluth Central, and Proctor will be playing. Pool Play starts at 9:30. Games are at the Grand Rapids Middle School.
