BARNUM TOURNAMENT
Barnum got their revenge for losing in the section 7A semifinals this winter by defeating Bigfork in the Championship game yesterday of the Barnum Girls Basketball tournament by 5 points. Barnum's youngsters were hitting the threes in their sweet spots on the home court. Barnum beat Superior Blue, Nashwauk and then Bigfork to win.
Bigfork beat Moose Lake Willow River by 17, then Hibbing by 7 before losing to Barnum in the Championship game.
Nashwauk took third.
