SUN 2-0 vs LYNX
Former Gopher Lindsey Whalen and the Connecticut Sun took the second game 75-66 against the Lynx yesterday. The Lynx had shooting problems yesterday. From the St. Paul Pioneer Press and the StarTribune.

AGE DISCRIMINATION
In Wyoming City, Ohio former girls basketball coach Deb Gentile has been awarded $398,831.04 (and four cents). $265,000 will go to the lawyers. Gentile was let go in January 2006 despite a 479-143 career record. A parent dispute was behind the firing. From the Cincinnati Enquirer.
