MN STARS SMITH 56, FOX VALLEY 45

Fox Valley of Wisconsin had an early lead against MN Stars Smith at 6-2, but MSS turned the tables to hold a 19-12 lead. FV closed to 30-29 early in the second half before MSS regained their momentum. Soon it was 45-31 for MSS. FV wasn't done yet as they close to 47-44 with 2:31 left after a three by Megan Wenig. Lauren Safranski finished strong for MSS with seven of their last nine points. Brittany Thiesfeld led a trio of MSS players in double digits with 13 points. Megan Wenig led both teams with 14.
