LEADERSHIP
Leadership is an important component on a successful basketball team. Here are some recent magazine articles on the topic. Coaches and players can use these concepts on their own teams and lives.

In the first article Time interviews Nelson Mandela of South Africa. He has 8 Lessons for Leaders.

I couldn't find a link to the article in Fortune, but former UCLA coach John Wooden and Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz do a Q&A on leadership. Some of the questions include
"Is someone born a leader, or can leadership be taught?"
"What is the key to successful leadership?"
"Where do leaders often fall short?"

Fast Company has 11 links to leadership articles including "How to be a real leader,"Grassroots Leadership."

Colin Powell has 18 leadership points.
