ARLEN VERBALS
Ashley Arlen, 6-1 2008 for Cascade, IA has verbally committed to Iowa State. Arlen plays for Iowa Elite in the AAU season. She joins Alexis Yackley of Sully Buttes, SD as 2008 verbals for Iowa State.
Arlen is the 3rd Iowan to verbal from the 2008 class: Kelly Krei is going to Iowa; and Michelle Lund has verballed Bradley.
LATE RESULTS
Missouri Valley knocked off 7th ranked Mid American University 84-82 last night. Osseo's Bonnie Johnson had 20, Armstrong's Holly Siverling 15 and Maple Lake's Mandy Wurm 17 for Missouri Valley.
