Eau Claire Memorial beat River Falls 48-31
There is a rule regarding jerseys for post season play in WI. Alphabetically the first team wears the dark color and the second team wears the light jersey. Unfortunately, River Falls didn't know that rule and assumed they were the away team and wore their navy blue uniforms. Although Eau Claire Memorial could have switched into their white uniforms, they didn't and instead forced RF to wear the Abes' JV white uniforms.

At one point in the first quarter the score was 15 -15. The half time score was 23-17 EC Memorial. The 3/4 score was 32-21 and the final was 48-31 all EC Memorial.

EC shut down RF's Katie Herum with excellent defense provided by ECM Katie Bethke # 5, Sr. - she also was perfect from the freetrow line 6/6). No one could stop ECM Katie Pospishil who finished with 16. RF's Bailey Franklin had 10 on the night.
