BIG 10
The Big 10 has named their All Conference teams and Wisconsin's Jolene Anderson has been named to the first team.
The MN connections are:
Emily Fox was named to the second team. (writers 3rd team)
Kelly Roysland, Honorable Mention (writers 3rd team), also sportsmanship award
Brittany McCoy, All Freshman team
Bloomington Kennedy's Jenna Smith (Illinois) Honorable Mention, All Freshman team

Minnesota is using the buddy system to help integrate freshmen/newcomers into the program. From the Star Tribune.

BIG EAST
Marquette defeated St. John's 69-60. Racine St. Catherine's Krystal Ellis had 19 for Marquette.
Marquette will be the #3 seed in the upcoming Big East tournament.

MIDCONTINENT
Oakland won the conference title with a 73-53 win over Centenary. Pewamo-Westphalia's Nicole Piggot had 24 for Oakland.

UMKC bounced Western Illinois 64-61. Okoboji's Alyssa Klein had 12 for UMKC.

Valparaiso stymied Southern Utah 65-47. Prior Lake's Tamra Braun had 13 for Valpo.

Alison Adamson, Augustana was named player of the week in the North Central Conference. It is the second time she made the list this year. You can also see the playoff brackets there.

Erin McCormick, Wayne State was named player of the week in the Northern Sun Conference. It is her first honor this year. You can also see playoff brackets.

McKenzie O'Neill, St. Benedict was named player of the week in the MIAC.
