LEHNERTZ SIGNS
Chari Lehnertz of Winona has signed with Rhode Island. The 6-2 center averaged 6.2 ppg for the 8-16 AAA Winhawks last year.
Lehnertz played her summer ball with Southern Minne Magic White this year.
Lehnertz went to state in the discus last year.

Lehnertz is the 51st player in the Minnesota 2008 class to verbal. She is also the 23rd to sign with a D1 school.
She is the 2nd to sign from the Big 9 (Beth Christensen, Owatonna to Buffalo), and second to sign from Winona (Jenny Gilbertson, Winona Cotter to Kansas State).
