PREVIEWS
IOWA
Iowa had their first games over the weekend, but really gets their season moving tonight. Here are some previews:

The season has barely started but the state tournament in Iowa is moved up this season to Feb. 25 to March 1. That means some teams will be turning uniforms in on February 8th (after losing on February 7th). From the Des Moines Register.

#3 Cascade (in 2A) is profiled along with the other teams in the Tri-Rivers conference. From the Dubuque Telegraph-Herald.

Marshalltown is previewed in the Marshalltown Times-Republican.

JAMBOREE
There is a Metro Jamboree at Waterloo East High School starting at 6 PM tonight.

ILLINOIS
Illinois has been going for a week already. Here is a look at the Northwest Upstate Illini

WISCONSIN
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel starts their preseason looks with the Classic 8 Conference. They also include last year's standings.
