Minnesota beat host Hawaii 72-54. Emily Fox had 17 for the Gophers. Leslie Knight (Hopkins) added 16. Fox and Ashley Ellis-Milan (St. Paul Central) were named all tournament.

#24 Auburn beat #15 Ohio State 67-58. Shavelle Little (Ann Arbor Huron) and Tamarah Riley (Detroit DePorres) each had 6 for OSU.

Illinois squeaked by Providence 60-59. Jenna Smith (Bloomington Kennedy) had 29 points and was named MVP of the Florida International tournament.

Michigan roared back against Belmont 80-43. Carly Benson (Carney-Nadeau, MI) had 11 for the Wolverines.

Northwestern picked up their second win with a 63-49 victory over Chicago Loyola. Melissa Miller (Breck) had 6 for Northwestern.

Old Dominion topped Purdue 66-53. Lakisha Freeman (Saginaw Arthur Hill) had 18 for Purdue.

Penn State beat Drexel 66-60. Janessa Wolff (Park Rapids) had 4 for Penn State.

Illinois Chicago beat Northern Illinois 50-42. Jessie Miller (Holy Angels) had 13 for UIC. Cassie Johnson (Eastview) added 2. Charmaine Bell (Des Moines Roosevelt) did not score for NIU.

#18 De Paul beat Illinois State 80-75. Nicolle Lewis (Muskego, WI) had 8 for Illinois State.

#19 Vanderbilt beat Iowa State 62-53. Amy Malo (Fairmont) did not score for Vanderbilt. Nicky Wieben (Ankeny) had 15 for Iowa State. Amanda Nisleit (Woodbury) had 2 for ISU.

Army beat Columbia 81-53. Nargis Kabiri (Pipestone) had 3 and Megan Ennenga (St. Louis Park) had 0 for Army. Chelsea Frazier (Breck) had 4 for Columbia.

St. John's beat Dartmouth 74-31. Kristen Craft (Marshalltown, IA) had 4 for Dartmouth.

Stanford beat Temple 63-54. Shenita Landry (Milw King) had 9 for Temple.

Washington beat Arkansas State 69-59. Kayla Pospisil (Marion, IA) did not score for Arkansas State.

Kentucky beat Lipscomb 76-55. Samantha Mahoney (West Bloomfield) had 12 for Kentucky.

Santa Clara beat Long Beach State 70-55. Claire Goins (Sioux City Heelan) did not score for Santa Clara.

Dayton beat San Diego 68-67. Brittany Holterman (Racine Prairie) provided the game winning free throws and 12 points total for Dayton.

Nebraska beat Akron 75-47. Cory Montgomery (Cannon Falls) had 12 for Nebraska.

Wright State beat North Dakota State 87-80. Lisa Bue (Austin) and Brenda Slyt (Climax-Fisher) each had 16 points for NDSU.

Samford beat Florida Atlantic 70-59. Jana Momoh (Park Center) had 9 for FAU.
