Head team team pasta dinner at 5:30. 6:30-7:00---Call home and talk to family. 7:30-9:30----Scout upcoming opponents. 9:45 PM----Arrive at home. Fall asleep. Repeat same schedule tomorrow!

Andy Meinhardt, Metro Stars Program Director and Bloomington Jefferson Head Coach, has been named head strength and conditioning coach at Jefferson. His duties will include working with all Jefferson athletes in the weight room in the second semester of each school year as well as running the summer strength and conditioning program.
