MILESTONES
Colleen McKay of Barnum went over the 2000 point mark with 28 as they defeated Carlton 58-29. From the Duluth News Tribune.
North Branch's Gabrielle Olson scored her 1000 pt. in a 56-48 loss to St. Francis. She had 16 pts. She now has 1007 career points. She also has over 560 assists in her career. She is the 4th North Branch girls bb player to reach 1000 or more points.
Bethany Burggraff, Upsala topped the 1000 point mark as she scored 19, but Browerville won the game 55-52. From the St. Cloud Times.
Sam Lynn, Adrian scored her 1,000th career point in a 85-62 loss to #2 Fulda. She notched 18 on the night. She is the seventh Adrian player to reach the milestone.
Jackie Hust of Wabasha-Kellogg is now the all time leading scorer at her school in girls basketball. She is at 1050 points, the old record was 1045.
