PHOTOS MN METRO STARS WHITE/MN SUMMIT BLUE 16S

In photo #1. Danielle Dove goes up for a lay up (#25 black) while #44 white Katie Huston defends for Summit.
In photo #2 Maggie Slawson is pulling up for a jump shot again over Huston. The next two shots show DaNae Moore going up for layups on each side of the floor.

Emily DeWitt is set to launch one of her three 3 pointers.
Slawson gets low to the ground defending Dickey. I thought the MMSW team, after looking at the tape again, played strong defense by staying low and moving everytime the ball moved. They did it without a lot of popping up.
In other photos #21 Jackie Hiebert of MMSW blocks Tanya Dickey's lay up attempt.
Dickey is driving in to the glass just prior to the block. You can see Hiebert ready to pounce. In the last photo Slawson swats away a lay up attempt by Dickey. This is what I mean by exposing the ball. It needs to be under the chin, not by the belt.
