Minnesota beat Indiana 79-69 on Kelly Roysland's return. Roysland reached the 1000 point mark on her first shot of the game. Emily Fox led MN with 23. Marshfield, WI's Jaime Braun had 17. Reports from the MN Daily on Roysland's return and win. The StarTribune also looks at senior day and Roysland's 1000.
Ohio State beat Illinois 69-60. Johnston, IA's Lori Bjork had 17, and Bloomington Kennedy's Jenna Smith had 6 for Illinois.
Northwestern slipped by Penn State 64-61. Breck's Melissa Miller had 8 for NW.
Michigan State edged Purdue on Mia Johnson's 3 shot with 1.3 ticks left. The Mpls North grad had 10 points for MSU. Purdue's 17 point lead evaporated and with it the chances of a Big 10 title. The State News looks at the Purdue meltdown.
Wisconsin beat Iowa 84-73. South Shore's Jolene Anderson had 29, and Concordia Roseville's Sarah Ingison did not score for Wisconsin. TriCenter's Wendy Ausdemore led the Hawkeyes with 27. Osseo's Krista VandeVenter had 2 for Iowa. The Des Moines Register writes about Anderson and the frustration of guarding the shooter. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel also writes of Anderson, but from the victor's point of view. The Capital Times notes the 4th place spot in the standings. The Wisconsin State Journal writes about opportunity seized.

Montana beat instate archrival Montana State 84-70. Breck's Alyssa Nelson had 12 for MSU.
MID AMERICAN
Akron edged Toledo 63-62. Jordan's Mandy Holzer did not score for Akron.
MISSOURI VALLEY
Bradley aced Evansville 82-76 in overtime. Waconia's Jenny Van Kirk did not score for Bradley.
Southern Illinois beat Northern Iowa 49-46. Ottumwa's Tara King had 20 for UNI.
