MICHIGAN THURSDAY RESULTS
Grosse Pointe North stopped St. Clair's 51 game Macomb Area Conference winning streak with 47-40 win. This match up & more in the Detroit Free Press. Strangely enough this game is also the top story in the Detroit News.

Grand Rapids Christian coach Al VanDenBosch faced a former player now coach at Ottawa Hills Brianne (Gallert) Daye. The teacher held the advantage 51-36. more from the Grand Rapids Press.

East Grand Rapids got off to a good start in a 49-31 win over Coopersville. From the Grand Rapids Press.

DeWitt crunched Haslett 47-27 in Capital Area Athletic Conference action. From the Lansing State Journal.
Amber Klein hit the game winner for St. Johns as they picked up their first win of the year over Mason 45-44.
Williamston got by Lansing Catholic 45-41. They trailed by three entering the 4th quarter. More in the LSJ.
Okemos had three double figure scorers in a 58-55 win over Lansing Sexton. Again LSJ.

Alpena downed Traverse City West 48-40 in a Big North Conference match up. Story in the Alpena News.
