Kris Evje is expected to be named the new coach at Crookston. He was an assistant last year with Eric Schmidt who resigned to take an assistant football coaching job at the University of North Dakota. Last year Crookston finished second in AA. From the Crookston Times.

MICHIGAN HS
The OAA D1 (Oakland Activities Association Division 1) has three teams in the top 10 in class A with #1 Auburn Hills Avondale, #3 Clarkston, and #6 Rochester. But Rochester is the big surprise. The Detroit News has more on their rise.
