What better way of starting of this posting than with another of ABC12's highlights of Thursday action in the Saginaw/Flint area. The Saginaw Heritage/Midland Dow are featured.

MORE MICHIGAN RESULTS
Clarkston dropped Troy Athens in overtime for the second straight year. Chelsea Kouri, Clarkston hit a three as time ran out. More in the C&G papers.
Dana Cook hit the game winner for Addison with six seconds to go in a 45-44 win over Grass Lake. This game & more in the Jackson Citizen Patriot.
Spring Lake got defensive in a 37-26 win over Newaygo. This game and more in the Grand Haven Tribune.
Essexville Garber downed North Branch 45-30 with a strong 4th quarter. From the Bay City Times.

Beaverton beat Coleman 48-38. Other games too in the MDN.
Rachel Church had a big game with 25 points & six 3s in leading Bullock Creek to a 44-33 win over Swan Valley.
Houghton continues to roll with a 65-22 over West Iron County. From the Houghton Mining Gazette.
Ewen-Trout Creek were strong in a 48-17 win over Dollar Bay. another from the HMG.
Ironwood had no problems with Calumet 59-34. This & more in the Ironwood Daily Globe.
Harbor Light Christian had an early season big win over Ellsworth 50-38. From the Petoskey News Review with a few more games added in.
East Jordan beat Petoskey 59-48 in another game in the PNR.
Haslett beat Lansing Catholic in a low scoring affair 39-34. more from the Lansing State Journal.
