THREE MICHIGAN VERBALS
Troya Berry a 6-1 Power Forward from Flint Hamady High School in Michigan, has verbally committed to Syracuse University. Hamady was 24-2 last year.

Rachel Church, Midland Bullock Creek, has made a verbal to Northwood. The 5-7 guard made the Class B 4th team from the BCAM. Bullock Creek was 19-4 last year.

Kelly Defauw, Grosse Pointe North has also made a verbal to Northwood. The 5-6 point guard was class A honorable mention from the BCAM. . GPN was 22-2 last year.

Berry is the 11th player overall in the Michigan 2008 class to verbal a D1 school.

Church and Defauw are the 5th & 6th player overall in the Michigan 2008 class to verbal a D2 school.

All three are the 16th, 17th, and 18th players overall to verbal.
