GOPHERS
Minnesota will host MSU Mankato on Halloween starting a 7 pm. There will a volleyball game at the Pavilion that night too, so parking may not be the greatest. Here is the two page press release from Minnesota on the upcoming Mankato game.

Jerry Jerome is the new coach at Southeastern Community College in Iowa and their season is previewed in the Burlington Hawk Eye. Jerome previously was the girls basketball coach at Keokuk.

St. Clair County Community College in Michigan is previewed in the Port Huron Times Herald.

COACHING NEWS
NEW ROLE
Former Flint Powers Catholic coach Kathy McGee is now the assistant coach at Central Michigan. Her transition to her new job is told by the Mount Pleasant Morning Sun.

Holly Grimsrud is a new assistant at St. Olaf. She played her high school ball at Zumbrota-Mazeppa (2003) and just graduated from St. O this spring. At the tail end of the Rochester Post Bulletin column.
