KIRSCH VERBALS
Kelsey Kirsch of Pellston, Michigan has signed with Davenport in Grand Rapids. The 5-7 guard's Hornets finished 11-11 last year. From the Petoskey News Review.

Kirsch is the 15th player in the 2008 Michigan class to verbal/sign and the 1st to go to an NAIA school.

CONFERENCE CHANGES
The Big 9 in Michigan is down to 5. The Saginaw Valley League may be gaining new members. From the Midland Daily News.

CELEBRATION RULES
The South Dakota High School Activities Association have come up with a new rule limiting post game celebrations. This rule may be a reaction to the huge upset win of #8 Brandon Valley over #1 Sioux Falls Roosevelt when the BV fans stormed the floor after the contest. The Yankton Press & Dakotan thinks that the rule is an overreaction.
