CHRISTENSEN UPDATE
Kevin Christensen, injured in the tragic car accident last Thursday in Proctor, is scheduled to be transferred to Bemidji Hospital Friday. Following a week stay there, he will hopefully need only a week of therapy in a rehabilitation facility. He is doing well considering his head was split open and it is stapled together. The most debilitating injury is his crushed pelvis. That is what will require the therapy.
In true Kevin fashion, he hopes to coach his daughter in fall league the last two weeks.
His daughter Janelle is well enough to go to school and has attended classes but it is very difficult emotionally.
AAU NEWS

Please contact Metro Stars program director Andy Meinhardt at andymeinhardt@hotmail.com if you would like to be considered for one of these spots.
Julie Christensen, Kevin's wife, was killed in the accident.
