UW RIVER FALLS INCOMING
Here is a list of the first year players coming to UW River Falls
Latasha Wittmayer, 5-10 post from Lakeville North, averaged 8.4 ppg for the 20-10 AAAA Panthers.
Tess Lardie, 5-7 guard from Eagan, averaged 6.5 ppg for the 8-18 AAAA Wildcats.
Lauren Pellowski, 5-6 guard from Tartan, averaged 10.0 ppg for the 17-10 AAAA Titans.
Sarah Schoeneck, 6-2 center from Bloomington Jefferson, averaged 9.3 ppg for the 2-24 AAAA Jaguars.
Tiffany Good, 5-11 forward from North Branch, averaged 11.2 for the 15-13 AAA Vikings
Jesa Hall, a guard) - Glenwood City, WI 7-15 D3 Hilltoppers.
Brook Romanowski, 5-11 forward from Cadott, WI, averaged 13.1 ppg for the 6-15 D3 Hornets.

OPENING WEEKEND
Creighton will hold a morning madness event on Saturday at 9 am. The event is free. Ally Thrall, a Dowling Catholic grad, is writing a blog for the Blue jays.

MEDIA DAY
Iowa had their media day yesterday. The Hawkeyes are healthy. Coach Lisa Bluder does a Q&A. Krista VandeVenter (Osseo) has her shoulder repaired and is ready to go. From the Des Moines Register. First year players Kachine Alexander and Kelsey Cermak are ready to go. The Daily Iowan also has their take on the upcoming season.
