BIRKEL VERBALS
Katie Birkel, Lincoln Southeast, has verballed North Dakota State. The 5-8 guard averaged 11.2 ppg for the 18-8 Class A Knights. Birkel played with the Cornhusker Shooting Stars over the summer.
Birkel is the 2nd player from the Nebraska class of 2008 to verbal and the 2nd to go D1.
