The entire C State Champion Saginaw Nouvel are the athletes of the week on ABC12.

First off is the All Metro Team with Keisha Hines of Auburn Hills Avondale the captain.

LaKeisha Mosley, Detroit Community captains the Detroit City squad.

Emily Joseph, Utica, leads the All East Squad.

Chelsea Alberts, Brighton captains the All North team.

Lonnie Terrel, Inkster is captain of the All West team.

ALL CONFERENCE
The Southwestern Michigan Athletic Conference and the Lakeland Athletic Conference have announced their teams for the year. From the Niles Star.

SIGNINGS
Kathleen Strom, Hancock won a passel of awards this season in basketball, but it will be her last as she has signed to play volleyball at Michigan Tech. From the Houghton Mining Gazette.

SHOWCASE COMING
Michigan High School Girls Showcase for players in 9-11 will be held Sunday, Dec. 17, from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. The event is put on by hangtime sports. Story from the Saginaw News.
