JACKSON VERBALS
Tania Jackson of Lawrence, KS is staying close to home as she has verballed Kansas. The 6-2 forward played with the KC Hustle this summer. From the Lawrence Journal World.
Jackson is the fourth player from the Kansas 2009 class to verbal.

VOGEL TO GERMANY
South Dakota State's Megan Vogel (St. Peter) has signed a professional contract WWK Donau-Reis.

SUMMER BASKETBALL
The Badgers' Mariah Dunham coached the Lady Shooters this summer.

TRIPPING
Hope College beat a women's basketball team from the Netherlands 84-32. From the Holland Sentinel.

The Gophers are practicing getting ready for the Italian Trip.

FINAL FOURS
Ohio State & Columbus may be hosting the NCAA women's final four in basketball.

OLYMPICS
The Americans crunched Mali 97-41 in the Olympics. Katie Smith had 2 points and Seimone Augustus had 12 points for the Americans.

SHOOTOUT
The Minnesota Stars Adidas Shootout will take place on Saturday October 4th at the Hopkins Lindbergh Center.
Player Registration will start at 8 am with a mandatory NCAA player meeting at 9 am. Play will begin at 10:30 am and run to 6:30 pm. 150 colleges are scheduled to be in attendance.
