In last night's WBL/PCG game--controversy 3 wasn't a lane violation on Katya Leick. She was telling her teammates to block out and the ref said she was disrupting the free thrower so he let her shoot again.

Elk River won their first NW Suburban game this year with a 65-46 win over Anoka.

Edina rallied from a six point half time deficit with a 37-22 second half in a 65-56 win over Cretin-Derham Hall.

Cassie Rochel and Tara Steinbauer were no shows in the box score in Lakeville North's 88-85 double overtime win over Bloomington Kennedy. Steinbauer was battling the stomach flu and did not play.
