SPECIAL REPORT
ST. PAUL CENTRAL 76, ARMSTRONG 36

This was going to be the game I went to at 7:30 tonight, but it was played at 1 pm this afternoon. Luckily I had a good source for this information.

Central led at half 43-19.

SPC was without the services of Ebony Black and Cyonna West.

Armstrong had 35 tunovervs against the SPC pressure defense.

SPC dominated the paint with 28 points compared to 12 for Armstrong.

SPC dominated the 3 line with 10 on the day.

If there was a flaw in the SPC stat category it was the fact they only cashed in at the charity stripe at 54.5% (12/22). They did however go to the line more often than Armstrong (9/15).

SPC's Angel Robinson led the way with 19 points, and added to her steal total with 4. Kiara Buford had 12, and DeAubrey Johnson had 11 for SPC. Nicole Dooher had 14 to lead Armstrong.

I will now go back and back fill the college information.

Next up: tomorrow morning
