Champlin Park 68, Osseo 65: In the first part of a boys/girls doubleheader Osseo led by four with 8 minutes to go. From that time till about the 1:30 mark Osseo stayed ahead 2, 3, 4, or maybe even 5 points. Osseo basically got beat because of poor free throw shooting and some weak passes late in the game. A big play with about 60 sec left was a missed shot by CP heading out of bounds under CP basket. The ball was there to be picked up by an Osseo player but she just watched as Ashlynn Fuller grabbed it and put in it the basket for the lead. Lots of fouls called with 2 or 3 Osseo players fouling out.

Park Center beat Elk River 63-56 in other NW Suburban action. From the Elk River Star News.

Hopkins beat Armstrong 62-57. Hopkins made more free throws than Armstrong attempted (12 to 11). Two Falcons fouled out: Gordon and Dooher. Four Hopkins players reached double figures led by the perimeter this contest. Hanna Muegge and Jenna Lillemoe each had 15 points. Lillemoe nailed four 3s. Armstrong's Steph Loobeck had 24 points on 9/12 fg and 6/7 ft shooting.

White Bear Lake swept the season series from Cretin-Derham Hall with a 71-70 win on the road. Tanya Dickey had the dagger 3 for WBL with 1.1 second left.

Edina punished Woodbury 51-33 in a battle of top 10 teams.

Moorhead swept the season series with Detroit Lakes with a 63-55 win on the road. From the Fargo Forum.
