MINNESOTA REPORTS
ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
KARE 11 has an athlete of the week feature. Angel Robinson of St. Paul Central is this week's honoree, but I couldn't find the link. But you can see Whitney Trecker of New Prague.

LATE REPORTS
Croookston tripped up Warroad 63-36. From the Crookston Times.

Kingsland picked up big wins against Goodhue and Rochester Lourdes last week. They beat Lourdes 44-28. From the Spring Valley Tribune.

Brainerd didn't stop Hannah Draxten, but they stopped Fergus Falls to pick up a 61-57 win. From the Brainerd Dispatch.

Staples-Motley downed Pequot Lakes 52-41 in MidState action, plus other recaps in the Brainerd Dispatch.

Hutchinson went from high to low in two days beating Mankato West on Monday with 58 points, and then falling to Shakopee on Tuesday with 26. From the Hutchinson Leader.

Waseca surprised Albert Lea 67-57 in a battle of 1AAA rivals. From the Albert Lea Tribune.

Austin beat Mankato West on Tuesday ending a four game losing streak 55-47. From the Austin Daily Herald.

MILESTONES
Ashleigh Trosen of Walker-Hackensack-Akeley reached the 1000 point mark in an 72-66 overtime loss to Clearbrook-Gonvick. Trosen was at Cass Lake-Bena until this year.

Corey Lof, Detroit Lakes made the 1000 list in a 63-55 loss to Moorhead on Tuesday. She is the 2nd DL player to make the list this year. Hallie Hoganson made it earlier in the season.

COACHING MILESTONE
Willmar coach Brad Atchison made the 500 win club last Thursday with a 56-46 win over Alexandria. He is the 4th coach to join the exclusive club joining Mike Dreier, New London-Spicer; Myron Glass, Rochester Lourdes; and Carol Visness, Kittson Central. Visness is the only one not coaching.
