Providence's Samantha Zopfi became the first player in school history to cross the 1000 mark with 24 points in a 63-41 win over St. Paul Harding. She is the 18th MN player to cross over 1000 this year, and second from the 2009 class to make the list.

LATE RESULTS
#1AA Crookston's 55-46 win over Ada-Borup in the Crookston Tournament gets late coverage in the Crookston Times. Also named was the All tournament team with Angie Jetvig of Hawley MVP.
#10AAA Hibbing's victory over Minneapolis Southwest in the Hibbing tournament is recounted in the Hibbing Daily Tribune.
New London-Spicer won the WildCard tournament 44-33. Willmar won the event the year before. From the West Central Tribune.

International Falls traveled quite a distance to Winona last week. They finished 3rd in the Winona State Warrior Classic. Krista Skoglund passed the 1000 point mark with 28 points in the 3rd place 51-51 overtime win over Kenyon-Wanamingo. She is the 17th MN player to make the mark, and 12th from the 2007 class to reach the milestone this year. She is the 5th IF player to make the mark.
