SIGNINGS
UM Crookston has signed 5-7 guard Chrelle Hunter of Iowa Western CC, and Omaha Benson HS. Here is more on the signing in the Crookston Times.

Anoka-Ramsey will be playing this year after a one year hiatus. Love Washington, Blaine, Desiree Robinson, Osseo and Marlayna Graff, North Branch are some of the players that will be wearing AR uniforms this winter.

Trevor Yetterboe has been named the new coach at Four Winds-Warwick. He had been coaching at New Rockford since 2002. He was district 7 coach of the year in 2006. Here is more from the Devils Lake Journal.

JOHNIKIN GRABS HONORS
Kelsey Johnikin, Sioux City West, has been named athlete of the year in the Sioux City Metro area. She will be headed to Jacksonville State in the fall on scholarship. Here is the SC Journal's article.

Coach Robert Schaefer has been accused of having sexual relations with a girl dating back to 1990. All this is alledged to have happened as Schaefer was teaching and coaching in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Currently Schaefer is a coach at Luther North HS in Chicago.
