GAME REVIEWS: FAVORITES DROPPED
Livonia Ladywood knocked off Kalamazoo Loy Norrix and Cetera Washington 49-37 in the championship game of the Loy Norrix tip off. The Michigan State recruit managed only nine points. Story from the Kalamazoo Gazette.

ANOTHER HOME
Walled Lake Western gym isn't ready so they played their "home" game at Walled Lake Central. They won there too against South Lyon 51-29. This is from the wrap of Detroit Free Press.

Bianca Barton, Bloomfield Hills Roeper, had her car stolen before the game with Utica Eisenhower, and therefore missed the first quarter. Without her ball handling BHR had 8 turnovers, and never recovered in a 39-23 loss. From the Detroit News.
