Becker defeated M8 rival Cambridge-Isanti 51-33. Brianna Mastey led the Bulldogs with 13 points and 12 rebounds, while Shelly Stemper added 11 points and 10 rebounds. The Bulldogs led 30-17 at halftime and led by as many as 48-19 in the second half before the regulars came out. Becker travels to the southwestern corner of the state and play #3A Fulda on Friday, and Worthington on Saturday.

New Ulm got revenge on Waseca 68-52. From the New Ulm Journal.

Fergus Falls' Hannah Draxten set a new school scoring record on Thursday with 27 points in a 58-43 win over Rocori. Draxten has 1646 points.

What will the upshot be? More heat on coaches that don't win or play certain players of certain parents. Players don't leave happy situations. Bank on it.
