Jill Young, Mitchell Christian had a triple double with 30 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists in a 65-40 win over Woonsocket.

This event rates Five Stars with The McCook Central Mitchell Christian game the Marquee Event. Mitchell Christian is the defending Class B champions and feature all-state senior guard Jill Young. McCook Central finished sixth at last year’s Class A state tournament, feature all-state senior guard Kristin Rotert. Young has signed to play at Creighton next season and Rotert will play at South Dakota State. Both played with SD Elite this past summer.
